PLEX is a Japanese technology company that develops HR technology, digital transformation (DX), and business solutions that support the essential industries powering everyday life, including logistics, construction, healthcare, and manufacturing.

I worked on the redesign of PLEX's corporate website and multiple recruitment platforms, creating interfaces that communicate the company's mission while supporting a growing digital ecosystem.

My role involved designing key website pages, developing responsive layouts, and directing motion graphics that drew inspiration from the geometric language of the PLEX logo. Through subtle animation and interaction design, the website communicates the brand's emphasis on innovation, technology, and human-centered solutions.
